Each supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, upkeep and improvement of county roads and bridges in their district, including:
- road maintenance, road surfaces, paving and potholes;
- drainage: culverts, ditching, curbs and guttering;
- bridges and guardrails;
- mowing and trees on rights-of-way;
- signs.
